Recipes (my way)

Greek yogurt Breakfast
3/4 cup Nonfat vanilla greek yogurt
1tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 packet of Truvia

Poached eggs Breakfast
2 eggs (either scrambled or fried with non stick spray)
2 slices Canadian bacon
1/4 avocado
1/2 cup asparagus

Spinach LEO (serves 3)
5 eggs
1/4 of a red onion sliced thin
5 oz Smoked Salmon
1 cup spinach
1 TBSP chopped chives

Salmon and Citrus salad Lunch
4 oz salmon (cooked with non stick spray and lemon)
2 cups mixed greens
1/4 yellow or orange bell pepper
1/4 cucumber
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil

Hummus snack
1/2 red and orange bell peppers
8 baby carrots
1/4 cup hummus

Greek yogurt snack
3/4 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla or maple extract
1 tbsp chopped pecans
1 packet of truvia

Turkey Burgers and roasted veggies
1 cup of roasted brussel sprouts and baby carrots
1/4 lb ground turkey patty (black bean and corn salsa mixed in)
1/2 avocado
